The Road to Thrive & Lift

This is the story I never got to tell, but was where I discovered the potential to lead a coaching platform like Thrive and Lift.

2011

This is where it all began. I slept as a 15-year-old, not knowing the value of a fitness journey and woke up to a brand new lifestyle. This was the year I started learning about fitness and nutrition as a core interest and put my learnings to test. From a chubby kid emerged not only a changed body type, but also a mindset that only got better from there on.

2012 - 2014 First Job in Fitness
I knew I was different from the other coaches who I trained with – because unlike them, I wanted people to enjoy the journey of fitness and feeding their bodies well, as a sign of respect to it. My outlook was not to make people look better, but to uplift their lifestyles.

2015 - 2016 Professional Growth
These were the years of levelling up – sharpening my skills, earning certifications, and developing a deepened understanding of training and nutrition. I committed to becoming a coach who could guide any client, at any stage, with clarity, transparency, and confidence.

  • Focused on injury-free, long-term training methods

  • Improvised on techniques for sustainable improvement

  • Refined my approach to personalized coaching patterns

2017 - 2018 Expansion & Expertise

Experience and learning backed me as a I began training more clients individually and with custom training methods, building what would become Thrive and Lift. This phase was a learning stage for understanding the blend of science, practicality, and motivation into one holistic coaching experience.

Just like I do with my clients, I pushed my limits alike and embraced challenges to shape the philosophy that today guides my coaching.
